At Gemrock Ceylon, we are committed to providing high-quality natural gemstones with accurate descriptions and images.
Returns
We accept returns within 14Â days of delivery if the item received does not match the description provided.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The gemstone must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or specially sourced gemstones
- Items that have been modified or set into jewelry
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer
